Welcoming staff and great location near the city center
I had a lovely stay with a friendly reception crew who were incredibly helpful, especially Alessandro and Anna. The room was cozy and clean, and the location made exploring the cities easy, being just a short walk from the historic sites. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. However, I wish there were better coffee options available in the evenings.

Had an awesome time with my friends at this place! We visited the stunning Basilica di San Vitale and explored the historic center, both just a short walk away. The staff were super nice, and the breakfast was tasty, setting us up for the day. It was a comfortable spot for our group vacation, making it easy to enjoy the area's local attractions.
One negative experience was when we found an issue with our room’s cleanliness upon arrival. It took some time to get it sorted out, which was a bit frustrating.

Oh, the food choices nearby are a feast for the senses! I couldn't get enough of the rustic vibes and fresh pasta at Alchimia Ristorante. Also, the staff here were super friendly, making every bite even tastier!
The hotel is still in transition. some rooms sparkled while others felt a bit dated. My mattress was plush, but the noisy A/C tried to steal the show. Still, it’s all part of the charm!

missingWrote a review on 10 Juncharismatic decorconvenient locationnoisy air conditioning
The location is a prime spot near the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The classic decor adds a certain charm that makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter.
The key system felt a bit strange, having to leave it with the front desk instead of easily accessing my room when I wanted to. The air conditioning units are quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully at times. Additionally, some facilities showed signs of wear, like the furniture that seemed out of date and could use a refresh to improve the overall atmosphere.

Nice spot for a quick getaway
Spent two nights and really enjoyed it! The staff were super friendly, especially this one lady with an Eastern European accent who served great coffee. The location is perfect for exploring the old town. Just wish the place was a bit more updated—felt like it needed some renovations.
